Rowland joined Quality Case Management Inc in February 2007 as a Mental Health Practitioner. His educational credentials include an Associate of Arts degree from Austin Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Mankato State University. His professional career includes Mental Health Practitioner at Hecla House, Inc, Program Coordinator for 22 months and Unit Supervisor for seven months at Many Rivers Juvenile Detention Center and 23 years with the Sheriff’s Youth Programs of Minnesota. Rowland began his career in the mental health field through his work with juveniles. He is now working to help adults with mental illness gain independence and living skills necessary to achieve their goals.
