Michelle’s five years as a licensed child care provider and her five years as an Assistant Coordinator for the Visitation Center of the Victims Crisis Center fueled her desire to become a Mental Health Practitioner. Following seven months as a Program Associate with the Adult Community Treatment Program (ACT) in Austin, Michelle joined Quality Case Management Inc. in January 2002. Michelle’s educational background includes an Associates of Arts degree from Austin Community College. Her professional philosophy reflects her belief that “people can grow and change and be the best that they can be, but they must first believe in themselves. I enjoy seeing people come to life and enjoy living again. I accept people the way they are. I don’t judge them. I help my clients reach their goals by letting them be who they are while teaching them new skills to achieve success.”
